Scrambled Eggs (yes we are starting simple)

We are going to start simple, scrambled eggs is a great for breakfast, lunch or dinner.


  • 2 eggs per person
  • 2 teaspoons of milk per egg
  • Pinch of salt and pepper
  • Cooking spray or a teaspoon of oil
  • Bowl
  • Fork or whisk
  • Fry pan
  • Stove
  • Spatula

What To Do:

  1.  Crack the eggs into the bowl (use the edge of the big shell to remove small bits if any have fallen in)
  2. Add the milk and salt and pepper into the bowl
  3. Using a fork or whisk stir the egg, milk and salt and pepper until they are all combine (it should all be one colour)
  4. Heat the stove, place the fry pan on to the stove. Put the oil in the fry pan (wait until it starts to sizzle)
  5. Pour the egg mix into the fry pan
  6. Wait until the egg starts to bubble, use the spatula to cut up the egg into small pieces (in the fry pan)
  7. When the egg mixture is fluffy and cooked remove from the stove and turn off the stove
  8. Serve on a plate with toast
If you want to get fancy then you can try adding cut up pieces of bacon and tomato to the eggs (at step 2). Then finish with a garnish of parsley (basically put a small piece of parsley on top of the eggs and toast).
