Lemon Chicken


  • 1 skinless chicken breast per person
  • ½ cup (per 4 chicken breast) lemon juice (best if it is freshly squeeze)
  • 2 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 teaspoons of olive oil
  • Spatula
  • Fry pan
  • Stove

What To Do:

  1. Place the oil and garlic in the fry pan on the stove on medium heat and turn it on, leave until the oil starts to sizzle
  2. Place the chicken breasts in the fry pan and sear the chicken (cook until the chicken is white), turn over the chicken with a spatula and do the same on the other side
  3. Pour the lemon juice over the chicken and turn
  4. Add a pinch of salt and pepper
  5. Cook the chicken until it is browned on the outside and cooked all the way through in the middle
  6. Remove from heat and serve with your favourite vegetables or a salad. Enjoy
